Our service
VIPRent provides luxury and exotic car rental in Dubai. Every car is presented under one consistent brand, one price, and one set of terms, and a member of our team arranges your booking, delivery, and collection.
Bookings & enquiries
Enquiries are made through WhatsApp, Telegram, or phone. Availability, final pricing, documents, and any deposit are confirmed directly with you before a rental is agreed.
Eligibility & documents
You are responsible for providing valid documents, including a passport and driving license or Emirates ID, and for meeting the minimum age and experience requirements for the car you rent.
Pricing & inclusions
Prices are shown in AED. Insurance is included on every rental. Mileage limits, extra-kilometre charges and fuel are confirmed at the time of booking. Salik tolls are not included and are charged to the renter at cost, as set out below.
Salik & tolls
Salik tolls accrued during the rental are charged to the renter at cost. If the car carried a security deposit, the total is deducted from it before the balance is released. If the car had no deposit, the total is charged when the car is returned. The renter receives an itemised total.
Where the car may be driven
Driving within the UAE — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain — is permitted, subject to the mileage allowance. Taking the vehicle outside the UAE, including into Oman, is not permitted without our prior written approval. Insurance covers the vehicle within the UAE only. Crossing a border without written approval breaches the rental agreement, voids insurance cover, and leaves the renter personally liable for the vehicle. Renters planning a cross-border trip must inform us before booking so we can review the case and agree terms in advance.
Liability
You are responsible for the vehicle during the rental period in line with our rental terms, including fines, damage, and breaches of UAE traffic law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
